Return is not complicated. You can buy your item safe

We accept any returns on any products that have not been worn and are in their ‘original’ condition.

Before returning any goods to Noxlook, please send an email to We will send the necessary information to you and accept it.

Please initiate the return process using the link provided below. After you have started the return process, our customer service representative will contact you to provide the address to which the products should be sent. Do not send the products to the official company address listed below.

FULL PRICE ORDERS - We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) to our warehouse in USA New Jersey, for a noxlook reward of the item's value within 30 days of receipt. Our return policy is valid for 30 days, unfortunately if 30 have passed since you've received your purchase we are unable to offer you a store-credit or exchange.

SALE - We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.

RETURN - we will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number. 

Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Gift Cards may not be returned. Items purchased on sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit. Store-credit do not expire and can be used toward anything on our site.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Noxlook takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Noxlook.

If you have received a faulty item please email us to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace the faulty item if stock is available or refund upon return.
